ExcusesWhen was the last time that you procrastinated on making a change in your life? Career?  Health? Fitness? Other goals?

Every year we make “promises” and resolutions to “do better” in various aspects of our lives. However, many results are diluted by the “excuses” that we make to ourselves, such as:

  • I’ll do it tomorrow.
  • I do not have time.
  • I am too tired.
  • The dog ate my homework.

When we are committed to obtaining results, there are no excuses. What goals are you working toward?
